Shipping policy.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise indicated in the product detail page. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship all orders using USPS. High volume times, such as holidays, might cause shipping delays outside of our control.

vibemade offers free shipping on all orders in the US.

We do not ship internationally, if you need to order from outside the US, please contact us at contact@vibemade.com and we can attempt to arrange delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@vibemade.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, only for products damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the incorrect item was shipped, we’ll cover costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the incorrect items, please contact us at contact@vibemade.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
