Refund policy.
All sales are final. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, only for products damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the incorrect item was shipped, we’ll cover costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the incorrect items, please contact us at contact@vibemade.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
